Terms of sale

These terms apply when you use thisburrito.com or buy from us. This Burrito is a business name of Inspired Candy LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We sell genuine, sealed foodservice products by the case. Brand names belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Product details, photos and ingredient information come from the manufacturers and our suppliers. Manufacturers can change a recipe or package without notice, so always read the label on the product, especially for allergens, before serving it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

If a price or product is listed by mistake, or a product sells out after you order, we may cancel the affected cases and refund them in full.

Shipping and risk of loss

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping times on our Shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. If a case arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we’ll replace or refund it under our Returns & refunds policy.

Returns

Because these are food products, delivered cases can’t be returned. Damaged, missing and wrong cases are covered by our Returns & refunds policy.

Resale

You may serve or share our products. Please don’t relabel them or present them as your own branded product.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Products are covered only by any warranty their manufacturer gives. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
