Shipping

Orders ship by the case from a partner distribution center. Frozen products are packed and handed to the carrier according to the service available for the destination.

Shipping is free on every order, including a single case.

Processing time: orders usually leave the warehouse within confirmed before dispatch. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start the next business day.

Transit time: timing varies by destination and frozen shipping service. We email tracking information when an order ships.

More than one box: an order with several cases may ship from more than one warehouse and arrive on different days.

Where we ship: the 48 contiguous United States, to business or home addresses. We can’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories yet. If an order comes in for one of those, we’ll cancel it and refund it in full.

Damaged or missing cases: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the box and label, and we’ll replace or refund the case. See Returns & refunds.
