This Burrito is a business name of Inspired Candy LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit thisburrito.com or place an order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, business name if you give one, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, what you bought, and how you found the site (for example the search engine, ad or link you came from).
- Payment details: entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic request information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
Your cart, and the page or link that first brought you here, are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To process payment, ship your order, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns.
- To answer your questions.
- To keep records the law requires, such as sales tax and accounting records.
- To protect against fraud.
- To understand which pages, products and ways of finding us lead to orders.
We don’t send marketing email unless you ask to receive it.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store and deliver your order, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe, which processes payments and calculates sales tax.
- Our fulfillment partners and the distribution center that pack and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers such as FedEx, which deliver it.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and our order records.
We also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, usually seven years, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing james@rebelsmuggling.com. We may need to keep some order records the law requires. Nevada residents may also send us a request not to sell their information; we don’t sell it, but we will record the request.
Children
The site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
